Loss of All Control Files

1.shut abort
2.restore control file from the backup location
3.startup mount
4.recover database using backup controlfile until cancel;
5.alter database open resetlogs;

Note:  The only scenario where we open the database with resetlogs but still it is complete recovery is in case of loss of current control file.
